Origins
It’s March 11th, 1985 in Sicily, Italy. Most of the Bon Family’s current members of the Inner Circle were all born. As time went on, the family prospered, and over the entirety of Italy was at the time Bon owned. Business wise, and the famous Bonfire Cafe was a wonderful five star restaurant. The Mob itself had most of the parents of the current Inner Circle, that being Alfonse Bon, Leonardo Bon, Luca Bon, Sal Bon, Dominik Bon, and Vinny Bon. All of these members were powerful men within the Bon Family. They all controlled bits of Italy themselves. Alfonse having control of all of it, being named as the Godfather. Overall, they made loads of money, until the Portal Storms came. The Bon Family all fled to the cities, gathering themselves food and supplies to wait the disaster out. They expected it to be gone in a year at most, but were they wrong. A month before the Seven Hour War started, the Bon Family almost tore each other apart. Food and supplies were little, and at this point hierarchy didn’t matter. Though that’s when the Godfather opened the door to the outside world, and a month later they came. The Bons were split apart. Some went to City Seventeen, City Thirty-Two, and City Twenty-Four. All of their children however, now in their early twenties and around eighteen years old, were sent to City Twenty-Four together. Surprisingly.
Now, not knowing if their parents are dead or not, they continue to build upon the cracked foundations of the Bon Family, repairing such cracks and building upon what was already built in this new world of theirs.
Organization
The Don - The one in-charge of the whole family, and is respected throughout the whole organization. If he wants someone killed, he'll have it. He is overall the only person who can make changes to the family in a snap whenever it's needed. If something is being disputed territory, money, or item wise. Organization
The Consigliere - The Don's right hand man. The advisor and protector. Is given the same amount of respect as the Don, and if the Don isn't around, he's the one in-charge.
The Underboss - A senior role above Streetboss, and is overall the main guy everything goes to before it hits the Don. Business wise, he makes sure everyone is doing their job right. And everyone is kept in line.
The Streetboss - Two people run this role, looking after each other. They are the same as the Underboss, but more enforcer like, and orders heavy. They also make sure that everyone is doing their job and in line, but will also give out orders given from the Don or Consigliere. Especially making sure their Caporegimes are having their crews filled and doing work.
Caporegimes - These guys are the crew leaders of the family, making sure all Soldatos, Associates, and Hangarounds have a place to be and work to do. They are on the ground with their men, and make sure people pay, and figure out exactly who the family is.
Enforcer - Trial-Capos, but they still have a significant job to do. That being making sure all Soldatos, Associates, and Hangarounds do what they are told, and are in line. At least one are in each Capos' crew.
Soldato - The made-men of the family. They are trusted members of the family, and make up most of the armed members of the family, making sure business is done right, and in the family name. They are the most loyal of the family, and following the code of the family.
Associate - These guys are not exactly part of the family yet, but work very closely to them. These guys are usually people who have an idea what exactly the family is, and work hard to get in with the family, and turned into a Soldato. These guys are also employees of the Bon Family's businesses. Usually.
Hangaround - Same thing as an Associate, just less. These guys are looking for a job, and don't exactly know what the Bon Family does. They work as employees, and do jobs some of the other members don't want to do. Mostly time-consuming tasks that are annoying.
Consult - Looked at as an Enforcer, but under Caporegime, these guys are bodyguards and.. dirty workers. They do most of the uncivil things in the family, making sure the rest of the family are safe from such thing. They are very trusted family members, and are usually dangerous people.
Consult Soldato - Serving as specialists in what they do, they make sure their inexperienced members know what to do, and are almost like teachers to them. They are very dangerous people of the family, usually on the same level as a Caporegime.
Consult Head - They are the top dog of the Consults, protecting the most important people of the family, and considered a very skilled individual. They are in-charge of the Consults and make sure they all know what is needed to be done to do their specific job. They are considered to be above Caporegime, and below Streetboss.
Code of Conduct
1. If there is an argument between family members, they must consult with a capo or above to settle the disagreement, there will be NO PK’s between family members over disagreements. If no higher-up is available, the disagreement will be settled via trial by combat, though not to the death.
2. You must show respect to the Don (In character only) referring to them as “sir” or “Mr. Bon”
3. When in public, you must address everyone you meet with respect if they don’t disrespect you.
4. If you are a business owner within the family, you should have some reference to the Bon family in the business title.
5. The only circumstance that a soldier/enforcer should disobey the orders of their capo is if they violate the rules above, YOU MUST OBEY THE DON regardless of the rules, no complaints or questioning the Don’s orders.

OOC Ideals
We are striving to promote a better citizen RP environment with a twist. I have heard there is discrimination against Italian Families within Half-Life 2 RP because of their usual mingery ideals. Here we want to give people something they may join if dedication is put forward. We also plan to give most citizens a job if asked, giving a good RP environment between citizens in a store. Allow our employees and citizens alike to passively RP with each other.
Our main goal is just to give people a great citizen RP story with a twist. We all know what this actual is, but as you've read we're a bit different. If you would like to join, you may DM: TitanTango#0588. This is only valid until the launch of the server. Until then, it's OOC recruitment. After launch it's full IC.
P.S. If you want to actually join, you must be some kind of Italian. Swiss-Italian, American-Italian, etc. Doesn't matter. We are an Italian Family.
