Hello there everyone.
As you may have seen in the Discord, it is time at last where another CM steps down... with this time being myself. I have been playing hl2rp for a good amount of years now, 11 to be exact and after all this time, I think it is finally time at last that I enter that stage of leaving hl2rp behind for good. It has been a good run here on Willard Networks and I have made both friends and enemies among the community, just like many others. I have put a lot of work into making sure that everything goes as planned within the community and doing my best to make sure everyone is having fun alongside my fellow CMs.
But as we know, all things must come to an end sooner or later. I had already posted my Resignation announcement to the Staff team here and to Faction leaders, as well as those who helped me with the Security Council creation... but I now announce it to you all. After working many hours to maintain what we have in this community thus far, it came to my attention that in the process of putting the effort in, my own health became a concern for me. Working day in and day out was putting a lot of strain on myself, whether it be fixing issues players brought up, looking into logs for situations, handling events and mishaps, or generally having the good ol discussion/debate about things with players or other fellow staff. In the end, it was all overworking and tiring, eventually burning me out.
But rather than tell you what led to it all and give you a dramatic story... I will just say this: Its been fun everyone and I hope Willard continues improving and being great as it is. For now, I must move on. Of course, that isn't to say I am leaving entirely, you will still see me around as a Developer, but not as much as before nor as a staff member.
Thank you and goodbye. @Votton takes my place as the new Community Manager, so hope you all welcome him into his new position atop the 9th circle of hell.
