The Collaborator Imposition Act of 2017
CITY-24, SECURITY COUNCIL
The Collaborator Imposition Act is a legislative proposal to formally and officially state Loyalist affairs of City-24, which is in regards to ascension and descension of members of the Loyalist Party and the formation of a SUMMONED committee that comprises of Tier-Six Collaborators and chaired by the City Vice-Administrator of the City-24 to act as a tribunal should a Collaborator be called for dismissal from the Party itself. The committee shall also be responsible for the handling of formal complaints made by the general public and other government-related agencies against members of the Loyalist Party, and act upon them.
i. The immediate establishment of a Summoned Loyalist Committee consisting of Tier-Six Collaborators and chaired by Vice City-Administrator Bernard Mulligan.
ii. Tier-Six Collaborators deprived of the ability to summarily relegate or degrade subordinates within the Loyalist Party, unless decreed on by the City Administrator of City-24.
iii. The dismissal or degrading of a Collaborator from the Loyalist Party to be superintended by members of the Loyalist Committee and decided upon by the Vice City-Administrator of City-24, in the aftermath of a simple-majority vote.
