So, as of now we have fairly limited options when it comes citizen customization. Such as very few torso items, and outfits. Which in the end ends up making people sort of kind of look the same. Including but not limited to the rebels, loyalist and conventional citizens.

This is where this comes in, either as a full series of replacements of what we currently have, or welcome additions.

Rebel Customization: Metro 2033 Megapack
A pack of pre defined outfits and armors that people can either find or purchase that straight up changes the base model to what the outfit looks like, and removed when taken off. Sort of like how Civil Protection suits work on server right now. This is the Metro Series mega pack which includes a decent plethora of Rebel Orientated suits and armor that could bring some spice to our current resistance factions and to give them an individual flair or style. They could potentially be coded to only provide the same protection a regular rebel uniform does or vary greatly. Such as different clothing items, or heavy juggernaut suits for future days. However, the downside is that most of the uniforms are obviously Eastern European in Nature, which could clash with the map of City 24 V3.

Civil Protection Customization: Civil Protection plus maskless
A quite compact pack of models for Civil Protection, including extra customization of the model itself. Duty Belt, Ammo Pouches, coloring for different divisions such as “Counter Terror” or other such Units. And models for Rebels, such as a dirty lambda variant, and a clean lambda variant for rogues or Rebels.

Citizen Customization: CW: Quarantine | TS2 Overhaul
We only have the boring default face models that everyone knows and loves. Again, most of everyone looks the same because of the limited variety of models. This pack has essentially the same body group system we have now, but there are many more faces as it is based off of the infamous TNB faces, with updates and more variety to the clothing options such as independent armor items as Molle, CP vests, etc.

Hello!
The Civil Protection suggestion was thought over, but we don't think it really fits the theme of anonymity presented with Civil Protection on the server. As a member of the Combine, you are set up with everything you need in that standard uniform. As it stands there is a reason we only have a 'CP' suit and a 'RL' suit.

Of course I think that more citizen and rebel stuff is always nice.

Tough why not make it so that the only time you can remove your mask is when you are in the nexus but not off duty?

A lot of this stuff is aesthetic and I don't think is super important, but I would like to be able to wear my gas mask and a beanie / helmet / other head item.

Is actually planned and why we have CP's already select a civie model on char creation and use (very dumb) suit items.

First step would actually be to properly tie some stuff to whether or not they have the suit equipped or not (e.g. vocoder stuff, HUD elements, ...)
