THE ESCALATION OF PROTECTION

The Campaign For Obedience, in accordance with the Ministry of Civil Protection and the Security Council, has elected to establish new normalities in the event of socio-destabilization, after continued concerns regarding room for improvement in the department of societal protection.

The continued security of the species rests in the hands of Our Benefactors.

I

SPEECH CONCERNS
In times of civil unrest and fractured socio-stability, all matters of public speech such as conversations and discussions must be moved indoors. Business conducted at sanctioned commercial stalls outdoors may resume as normal.

Citizens may speak in public if the topic concerns a work-force assignment or if anti-civil activity is being reported to Civil Protection-teams.

Violators of this new policy will receive an indictment under clause V014; verbal indiscretion. The perpetrator will receive documentation and be required to pay a fine of up to ten (10) credits.

TRANSGRESSION ESCALATION
In the event of civil unrest, all transgressions & prosecution codes categorized as "Anti-Civil Activity" are elevated to the "Socio Incursion" tier. Violators of any Anti-Civil Activity receive the same punishment as a Socio Incursion violator would, regardless of severity or times committed.

In the event of fractured socio-stability, all transgressions & prosecution codes categorized as "Socio Incursion" are elevated to the "Socio-Endangerment Level 5" tier. Violators of any Socio Incursion receive the same punishment as a Socio-Endangerment Level 5 violator would, regardless of severity or times committed. Anti Civil Activity remains temporarily classified as Socio Incursion.

UNIFORMITY MANDATE
In times of civil unrest and fractured socio-stability, all citizens and collaborators, regardless of tier, are required to wear their standard issue jump suits. Citizens who were never issued a jump suit are encouraged to seek local Civil Protection-teams.


IV

CONFORMIST PROTECTION
In times of civil unrest, collaborator functions are postponed unless otherwise authorized. Necessary gatherings, such as the Security Council, are permitted to continue.

In times of fractured socio-stability, all collaborator functions and communions are suspended regardless of importance.

CONDEMNED ZONES
In times of fractured socio-stability, critical-stability zones such as low-habitational areas and other non-patrol regions are redesignated as terminal restriction zones. Trespassers will receive capital prosecution.



VI.

THE TRUE CITIZEN keeps themselves and their neighbors informed on the current socio-index. Tele-programming monitors display the current socio-stabilization. Civil unrest and fractured stabilization are color coded by orange and red respectfully. Uninformed violators will not be granted leeway during prosecution.​
