**A males voice soothes through the radio. A South African accent, he appears middle aged.

"Good to have you here, viewer. Once again, my name is Luam, and I will be your host today."
"It's another sunny day here in Geneva, the sky filled with native birds, and invasive birds alike. They fly together, look at how they've united. In times of stress, even the creatures we considered as a lesser, found peace."
"Isn't that strange? Animals adapt so quickly. We do not think about it too often, but if you watch how nature evolved once those portals opened, well.. You'd begin to notice how these animals wish to preserve their life. They're like us, in that sense. Adaptation to survive."
"Today I went and recieved my ration, it is quite rare to see them open around these times, especially with recent events keeping everyone on their toes.. However, on the way, I was just taking my time to appreciate my surroundings. I carry a little notepad with me, I like to draw the things I see. My little path to the ration centre features different land. Grass, stone, whatever. You will see little critters everywhere. Just today, I saw this little ant on the floor, it was carrying a piece of bread alongside this small little bug from the portals. How peaceful.."
**The song slowly fades out, a new song slowly fading in.
"Sometimes I think of my life before the occupation. I think of my wife, my kids.. It's nice to reminisce. Never forget that."
