The headcrab and zombie faction complaint

Alright, i know that you guys need money to keep the server going, but i don't really like making headcrabRP donator only, unlike the bird faction this one provides actual RP and can make some cool scenarios if used well. Making this faction donator only is a big middle finger to me and other people that love this faction and i honestly believed that you guys wouldn't do this so i'm pretty disappointed too. I have a little suggestion, what about making it a donator perk but also an actual faction that you need to apply for? I bet that would make the small community of headcrabRPers happy and would prove that you guys are better than servers like Nebolous, i really hope this changes since i love this faction and it basically was what got me understand serious RP, i love being an headcrab and providing people some action and fun in RP.

The issues with headcrabs/zombies as a faction is that whether we have applications or not, the functionality just isn't there to support it without heavy staff observation (which is why I don't think even donators should get it.) and yes even though we could limit the players who had it through applications, and even have dedicated RP'ers in the role rather than those who pay for what is essentially a gimmick (see bird WL) right now, it's not much without staff intervention in a lot of RP situations.

I'll add to this that I think some form of the application process should be done for the donators or guidelines for donator factions because quite a few headcrabs have had poor RP which I've had to intervene sometimes. The guidelines I suppose could explain more what their RP should be like and if there would be a style like P2L as seen a lot of the headcrabs go to the slums too which shouldn't be generally happening.
Atle in a different post said that headcrabs will be for donators only and a Xen faction will come some time in the future as a reference.
