The Metadynamist Body is a global nihilistic, post-structuralist, and accelerationist sociopolitical movement emerging from the Post-Citadel hyperloyalist milieu, based in Sector-10 with sympathizers emerging from all around the world. The International is the resulting metamorphosis of the preceding Metadynamist Forum and its associated civic apparatus and para-academia, as well as a homogenesis of various forcefully assimilated subordinate and rival political movements that've been melted down into the IMB's syncretistic-collaborationist crucible."In a world of virtuality, metaphysics becomes a question of technics"
The movement - officially founded in the Western European rump-center of City 58 in 2016 by Ascension Architect Leonard P. Reiter - believes itself to be the natural culmination, if not apex, of all prevenient ideologies to grow out of the flower bed of the Seven Hour War. Despite its inherent deanthrocentrist beliefs, the International Metadynamist Body champions itself as a heroic, penultimate entity that is the end result of the combined efforts of all brave enough to wear the blue armband. Because of this, the movement has been able to garner the support of nearly anyone labelling themselves "loyalist", be they Union-Socialist, Neo-Republican, or in-between.
The Metadynamist Body espouses a doctrine based around libidinal-materialism, solar excess, and cosmic entropy, claiming to rupture the lambdian dialectic and to strive to inaugurate a New World in which humanity becomes both an integrated limb of the CMB and a semi-autonomous, runaway utopian enterprise acting as its plenipotentiary within our own universe. Through a forced synthesis of old world academics and metaphysicians alike, the Metadynamist International point toward the creation of a new polity to replace the corpse of Breen's Global Administration, calling for the birth of an ascended "Noetic State"; the "eschato-technological convergence" where agents - especially within the civil service - are chosen "based on Intelligence as opposed to Quislingdom" in a playground of Machinic Desire. The Metadynamist Body believes that a crucial part in achieving this is through a capture of Xenologos - the most rational principle - by a systemic, cybernetic intensification of inhuman forces such as technocapital, machinic desire, and autopoiesis networks that derive (and reproduce) CMB from within. Furthermore, the Body does not shy away from more occult and esoteric teachings, usually pertaining to Gnosis, Kabballah, and most prominently a collage of modern hyperstitional theory-fictions purpose built for the era of unification such as Tlön, Lemurian Mythos, Tripartite Neo-Ascension Theory (A Reiter-Duffles brainchild), and the Third Temple. Many of these actualize the Metadynamist belief in heralding of a entirely New World, although within these, it expands in purview to the more initiated members as a world of cosmic fiction where in reality is rewritten from a meltdown of material constraints, the human dissolves into more, and a free-form, teleological idealism is achieved.
The Avant-Garde International, previously possessing only a decentralized network of dignitaries across a scattershot of metroplexes in Sector-314, operates under a newly elevated mandate given to forum progenitor and co-founder Emmanuel J. Mundi and his Sector-Administrator scion Augustine Erama, who, after a bombastic coup d'état against City-24 Vice-Administrator Enzo Valente, was mysteriously elevated by Overwatch to the position once held by Sir Duncan Wilford. The International Metadynamist Body - with the rumored patronage of the Advisorial Assistance Act - has in recent pursued a vitriolic and cyclonic campaign of both centralization and expansion; absorbing subdued binders and mobilizing armies of loyalists armed with both pens and swords; rewriting the very definition of "collaborator" amidst a crusade against a Kleiner-Kojevean "End of History".
METADYNAMISM IN SECTOR-10
The Metadynamist Forum historically has utilized a pejoratively classed political doctrine of "cabalistic Neo-Futurism" in its dealings. Taking cues from its venerable joined-organizational heritage from the Constructivist, Futurist, and Breenist movements alike, Metadynamist and adjacent political apparatuses have maintained dual faces in their affairs, employing a web of art foundations, partisan-binders, corporate interest, political subterfuge, and downright terrorism (such as during the spree of assassinations on Hyper-Republican officials publicly accredited to the Forum) to further its ideo-religious dogma. Despite undergoing various periods of decline, persecution, and hiding, the Metadynamist Body has entirely eclipsed its progenitor binder in both scale and purview: its cabalistic and predatory ways of constant evolution and expansion deemed critical to the radical programme's survival as Imperial Ascensionists, Callawites, Neo-Republicans, and Genevan Conservatives are annexed; with Metadynamist apparatchiks rewriting their canon for them to fit a party-line of Xenologic Accelerationism - the intelligence's chief official "ideology".
The Xenologic Accelerationism (or simply "x/acc") that characterizes the International has seen excessive use, from introducing legislation that denies the very existence of universal rights to promoting free matrimony. Repealing anti-trust laws to legalizing all forms of drugs and weaponizing the credit reserve as a tool of mayhem. Alongside its complete disregard for the common platitudes of both "rebels" and "loyalists" (of the opportunist variety) alike, the Metadynamist movement posits itself as distinctly counter-cultural in its ontology. It spits in the face of traditional left or right wing distinctions as it embraces a nearly progressive brand of collaboration that does away with the purportedly "reterritorializing authoritarianism" that came with Wallace Breen's so-called "Politically Organized Defense Structure". It's in this respect that the International Metadynamist Body fully embraces its (f)uturist connotation as a wholly anti-conservative weapon, often historically going toe-to-toe with the Ministry of Civil Protection, Combine Civil Administration, and Genevan 'Old Guard' (although their modern stance on the 'Gang of Four' has only come after the collapse of the gang's Sector-17 backing).
Today, the Body holds insurmountable influence within Sector-10, and some would even go as far as to say within the entirety of the remaining CMB garrison within Spherical Sector 314. Its ursprasche finally acknowledged by the powers at be as the Superior* mode of reality, giving the International a blank check to wreak havoc on the remains of the Earth Administration as the one true Collaborationist Project. Within the jewel of the CMB - City 24 - the Body wages a one-sided war against the stagnant corpus delicti of Sector-10's notoriously ill-equipped Administratum; wielding sheer ideologic fervor within the steeled hands of Post-Citadel thirst for revenge and the impersonal, amoral ethos held by many citizen collaborators after the betrayal of both Civil Protection and Civil Administration alike. Metadynamist figures are given free reign under the holding of IMB Minister Emmanuel J. Mundi to turn Antonin Artaud's playwriting to praxis as blanket resources are thrown over projects like the BUREARCH-DIOCESE HYPERINTELLIGENCE, DE-BREENIZATION, and the S.D.A.R.
As the citizenry of 314 comes to terms with their fickle nature and the very knife's edge that humanity is tapered over, it only seems inevitable that more are poised to join ranks under Erama and Mundi's inhuman ouroboric Crown of Scales. After all, the humanism that the rebellion was found upon is hollow when exposed to crippling reality; merely a narrative contrivance and local turbulence of idealism that shatters over a carapace of synthetic tungsten-steel alloy and interdimensional cosmic nihilism. C.:.M.:.B - Capital's Main Body - is liberation in a world of blind will and morality. The Sun Burns, Barriers Dissolve, Excess is Used, and we are approaching the Meltdown at Chthonic Heaven at breakneck speeds. Metadynamism offers Truth if nothing else. And it's in that truth that possibly the only salvation lies; even if within a gradient of destruction. Humanity's future is synchronized with that of the CMB. Either it is subsumed jointly in a collaborator's utopian vision or sublimated into extinction via its clinical schizophrenia: either works for the International, as, an aesthetic is born from the ashes; a style, similar to the Nietzschean Will-to-Power or Faustian archetypes. A burning, misanthropic sensation over a kindling of built up heat and death-drives. The Homo Sapient is a coagulation of machinic processes without purpose and a mere byproduct of flowing energy. In the words of Leonard Reiter: "You, are in essence, Posthuman. There is nothing differentiating you from a member of the Transhuman Arm. "Overwatch" is your Tribe. Memory Replacement is your God. If Humanity is to Ascend [To Xenologos] and reach a state of Transcendental Providence, it must first, by definition, leave behind its Humanity."

Ascension is the result of a full body without organs. The Forum walks hand in hand with it's sister organization; The Society of Dynamic Arts and Research, a budding coterie of collaborating scholars, art collectors, academics, and philanthropists from across Sector 10. Officially speaking, they're two separate entities. However, functionally speaking, they are deceptively interconnected, with the relationship often being described as a "Symbiosis of Ascensionist Predominance", in itself being reflective of the pair of founders Reiter and Mundi. The Society of Dynamic Arts and Research (Otherwise known as 'S.D.A.R.') acts as an upper echelon of the Metadynamist Forum, with its clique being made up of senior members of exclusive "High Standing". The Metadynamist Forum and S.D.A.R. frequently intermingle, exchanging financial resources, legislation, and influence to further each others political aims.
