"Catering for High Society"
The Luxe is a hospitality company that specializes in luxury high-end services for its patrons. We strive to give our clients the best possible quality of living, with twenty-four-hour services catering to your every need. Originally founded in City 17's Industrial district for the stunning Terminal Hotel, The Luxe company has expanded across six different high-end hotels around the world. We work with local Civil Workers Union chapters to host a part-city, part-business funded company that benefits everybody. Our belief is that the hardest working citizens who achieve high levels of loyalism should be rewarded for their conformity to our Benefactors, thus providing services akin to five-star hotels of the old world.
We provide various services for our clients depending on their requests, with assistance located in reception for most hours during the day and evening. Here is a list of the services we currently offer:
Housekeeping
Are you too busy to keep your apartment clean, or perhaps you had a party last night and need professional cleaning? We have expertly trained domestic staff who will clean your apartment to the highest quality, your attendance whilst cleaning is optional!
Appointment Booking and Organising
Do you have many appointments with important community figureheads, or perhaps want to organize a social gathering with your friends? We will keep appointments for you and give you reminders near the time, we will also cancel for you if you can't make them.
Post Holding and Delivery
We will collect your post as it arrives and keep it safe in our high-security post lockers, we will let you know if we are holding your post and hand it to you directly at reception upon request.
Newspaper Collection
Enjoy the latest newspaper stocked at the desk, or delivered to your room for convenience. Simply enquire at the front desk for your free copy.
Personal Item Storage *
Are you a person of great wealth in personal belongings, perhaps an avid collector? We will store your items in our secure units and return your belongings at any time on request. Please note we cannot store currency for security reasons.
Conference Room Booking *
Our Conference Room is available for booking for a couple of hours at a time, whether this be for meetings, parties or other occasions.
In-House Bar *
Port or Bourbon, Whisky or Wine, we have an In-House bar located at reception stocked with the highest quality liquors and bar snacks for your convenience. We also provide room service for all products if you wish to enjoy your luxury goods within your apartment.
