Ruled under the guidance of Executive Chairperson Lu ZhenKeng, The Midnight Marauders, the largest of the Triads, are an organized inimical crime syndicate based in Beijing, formed during the period of civil unrest and instability transitionary period immediately succeeding the Seven Hour War, the organized crime syndicate grew to pacify and dominate the remaining Triad gangs, incorporating the remnants of Beijing's transnational Triad syndicate in lieu of the Combine.
Separating the Midnight Marauder Triads from other organized crime syndicates, cliques, and gangs, and their smaller Triad counterparts are their open-ended disposition to excessive homicidal violence, notorious for being one, if not the most, violent active crime syndicate in Beijing, their propensity for violence and brutality only growing following the Combine's subsequent abandonment of City Fifty-One after long bouts of civil unrest, riots, rebellions, and regional instability.

Lu ZhenKeng, the clan's leader, being neither bright nor particularly brutish, has gathered a large following from City Fifty-One's Chinese demographics, dominating both administrative, private, and remaining business sectors within the city through a mixed methodology of bribery, extortion, murder, corruption, illicit business dealings, black market goods, drugs, and other more scrupulous insidious methods amid the city's cataclysmic state, for despite his inadequacies, few can deny the allure of Lu ZhenKeng, his influence, and his penchant for violence and mayhem in the face of annihilation. Under Lu ZhenKeng's and the Midnight Marauder's guardianship are a myriad of businesses, corrupt civil servants, bank executives, administrators, socialites, influencers, and more.
To perpetuate the violence, to sow mayhem and destruction, to rule the city, to create a hundred-year empire are but a few goals of the Midnight Marauders. They are uncompromising, unforgiving, inexorable, ferocious, and ruthless.
Lu ZhenKang and the Marauders do not hide, do not run, and do not surrender. They victimize, torture, slaughter, pillage, and annihilate their enemies, all to quench the insatiable hunger; all to perpetuate the violence; all to perpetuate the mayhem; to destroy; to raze and slaughter; to rape and sow; until they either die or turn among themselves, to feed the inescapable hunger, to feed themselves.
Neither people's advocates nor gentle peacekeepers.
They are suffering, sorrow, and death incarnate.
THE MIDNIGHT MARAUDER'S HIERARCHY
This is an example of the Midnight Marauder's hierarchy, though, for convenience purposes, we'll be reducing it down to Dragon Head, Deputy, Enforcer, Ordinary Members/Uninitiated Members/Affiliates (Gangsters, Affiliated Businesses, Etcetera.), and Administrators (CCA Collaborators)

Recruitment
If you want to join the Midnight Marauder's Triad before launch, simply comment below with your character. We try to be accommodating of all types of characters in the group, but for unique characters, we recommend going through the Under Red Skys application process. You don't need permission to create a unique character for the group, so long as you keep it within the themes and logic of the group. Want to play a corrupt Civil Protection officer affiliated with the Midnight Marauders? Go ahead. Want your business to be protected by the Midnight Marauders? Perfectly okay. Want to play a corrupt CCA official in the group? That's perfectly fine. From drug dealing to racketeering, corruption, assassinations, murder, fraud, etcetera.
We recommend you create a Chinese character, though it isn't required, simply for immersion's sake. Non-Chinese characters will be barred from higher positions beyond affiliates and ordinary members of the group.
Asking to join with a Japanese character will get you doxxed in real life.
Graffiti
One of the big things about our group is our graffiti, where we have a plethora of custom Marauder-related graffiti panels to choose from for our members to roleplay putting up with the assistance of staff. You'll find more Marauder Graffiti the closer you are to their "territory", and it can serve as an effective in-character indicator for the Midnight Marauder's territory to other gangs and civilians, allowing for some creative roleplay and reactions relating to the Graffiti.
