The Risen
The Risen is an Organisation that has existed since 2015, it was established by the founders of the organisation in a necessity to ensure that the Resistance as a whole maintained cohesion, infrastructure and information. It is among the first organisations to crop up in the world and is currently undetected entirely by the forces of the Oppression.
About the Organisation
In 2015, the organisation was established in order to combat the oppression through subtly and infiltration into the hegemony of the Universal Union. The Risen has always maintained a high-standard for the recruitment of operatives. The Risen will often recruit a operative that is seeking entry into the organisation of the Universal Union and attempt to coax and guide them towards new ideas and prospects. They rely on Citizenry that are upstanding, moral characters that are partaking in the Universal Union's society just for survival, in turn this results in a Operative joining the Universal Union and it's governing branches not out of mere desire for survival, but for a higher purpose of working to preserve and prepare humanity for the eventual uprising.
As of 2018, the Risen has evolved. It is now an organisation that has discovered it requires active agents in the field to act out the wishes of the Operatives and to proactively combat the Universal Union through in-direct attacks and by establishing camps, triage areas and facilitating the infrastructure of the Resistance Movement as a whole.
Internal Operation
The Risen Internally individually per-city on a principle of a cell-network over-seeing a secondary cluster of cell-networks. At the top of the Risen Hierarchy is the Organiser and Leader of the Cities network of agents and operatives. This individual maintains a public presence and does not associate with any of the Risen's Operatives outside of a select few Operatives. It is these Operatives that uphold recruitment standards as well as communicating the desires and wishes of the Organiser. Should the Organiser be faced with the challenge of being discovered, he will step down from his position and rejoin the Risen as an Agent or commit suicide in order to protect the information he/she holds. The Organiser is aware of everything transpiring in a city that his Operatives have infiltrated and often is aware of who is who. Thus', the Organiser must be willing and committed to end his own life should he fail to maintain his cover as a regular citizen. It is however possible for an Organiser of the Risen to flee the city and manage the affairs of his agents and operatives from the background- though such fronts require not only organisation but proper and dedicated lines of communication that are safe.
Recently of 2018, the Risen has evolved and it has began branching out. The Risen as an organisation has became aware that not all Resistance Cell's are cohesive and tactically savvy in using the resources or infrastructure the Risen has been providing but are also intensely disruptive and destructive to the goals that a Resistance should strive to achieve. As a result of this, the Risen has established it's secondary Cell Networks consisting of Rangers. Refugee's and Citizenry that are not covertly savvy but are capable in recognisance, Tactical and Logistic operations outside the cities as well as inside the cities. These Rangers are provided limited information on a need to know basis in an effort to maintain secrecy of Risen Operations and are required to not only supply themselves with the aid of the Risen's operatives, but to conduct operations in the field independently.

The Genevan Cells are a Network Cluster of Cells' organised by the Risen much like any city. This Cell in particular however is responsible for a number of achievements in Geneva.
- In 2016, the Genevan Risen Cell was able to establish communications with establish contacts outside the city and facilitate a supply path in secrecy into the city.
- in 2016, the Genevan Risen Cell was able to extract a number of Resistance Cells out of the city through underground Tunnels. These tunnels were cleared out by a combined force of Risen Operatives and Resistance Cell's in order to facilitate the City during a Xeno Spore infestation that claimed many lives in the city and continues to persist to this day.
-In 2016, the Genevan Risen Cell was the first organisation to break the shackles of the first Vortigaunt known as 'Ishamael', this prominent release of the Vortigaunt resulted in the unshackling of Elders and has since been the catalyst to the unshackling of many Vorti-kind in Geneva.
-In 2016, the Genevan risen Cell was able to infiltrate all aspects of Universal Union society. To this day, each agent has been able to maintain their composure as an infiltrator and since has remained undiscovered.
-In 2016, the Genevan Risen Cell was so successful in it's infiltration efforts that it managed to occupy prominent leadership positions within -Redacted-

-In 2018, the Genevan Risen Cell was able to re-infiltrate Genevan Universal Union Societies within' a week of re-establishment of the Cell, societies and organisations such as -Redacted-
-In 2018, the Genevan Risen Cell was able to establish the start of the initiative to establish an estuary of linked Ranger Cell's to operate within' the Genevan Sector. The Cell's however are not equipped for effective operation as of yet.
The Risen, to this day has never been detected and intends to remain undetected.
