Name of Legislation: The Steps of Loyalty Tour Act

Text of the Legislation:

Spoiler: - ACT -

THE STEPS OF LOYALTY TOUR ACT
Our Sector must remain Loyal to our Benefactors. We require a theater.

A Public Theater for speeches, theatrical performances, and other loyalist events shall be constructed in each City under our Sector.

Scheduled appearances shall tour our Sector from High Collaborators, Literary Authors, City Administrators, and other key Public Figures.

The Theater must remain active with monthly events even after the public tour. It is the full responsibility of City Administration to delegate these tasks and ensure the Public Theater is honored and not left dormant.

OOC NOTICE: In relation to lore I am proposing the adoption of new public figures to represent certain causes of loyalism. Such could be a key author in a published book that speaks highly of collaboration, or a leader in a church group dedicated to our Benefactors. I hope this is able to inspire further world building as loyalist Citizens can begin to reference more than just Wallace Breen (which would be an amazing edition to this tour event I might add).

Legislation Approved by: S10 CCA Council

Additional Notes: This is a relatively standard piece of Legislation. The only truly hard part is discussing exactly how each individual CCA in each city will implement this. Will this require new additions to these groups such as "new roles" to be played by the pawns of the CCA? There is also the factor that primary point of this act is the construction of a Public Theater in each city. However, I understand that Casto has already built several theaters in his city to maintain his propaganda efforts. Does this act mean that we have to force him to build yet another theater? Quite curious. At least I have a decent understanding regarding what this tour will be about. We shall focus on a overblown display of propaganda throughout the Sector to show everyone our in the war against the HMMLR in London Bridge and to show our rebuilding efforts in City 2! At least that should distract the population regarding what is really going on in City 2...

(OOC)

I'll inform @Immerseus and his faction to start moving around the CCA to get this theater going. Might even form a IC of committee to come up with how exactly this propaganda show will take place and do it as some form of small minievent prior to the megaevent...
