Ban appeal denied because apparently third-person is a third-party program or software? Can someone explain how using third person is a third party software?

FYI two suggestions i think would be cool, redo the seven day review ban so that if a person has a seven day ban or below they can request to review if it's not been reviewed in 2 days or something - otherwise, you literally spend more of the time being punished because the admins weren't aware of the ban

also remove mandatory minimums, it's a stupid requirement - mitigating factors and other externalities make mandatory minimums absolutely ridiculous (should someone be banned for a mandatory of seven days if they went into third person for two seconds and then accidentally clipped a wall?) silly rules silly punishments!!

It's a common standard throughout several communities.

maybe, i just feel like mandatory minimums exclude certain circumstances which should reduce it below a minimum - like my example tries to show

lmk if you're talking about mandatory minimums tho, i just assumed you did
