Formed in response to the rising brutality of the City Administration and the Civil Protection upon the people of Indigent.

The Vanguard Party of the Proles are said to represent the interests of the Underclass, with the aim of organizing the Underclass, as well as members of the Civil Workers’ Union who sympathize with the pleas of the proles into one mass movement.

Based upon similar structure as old trade unions, it wields a syncretic democratic confederalist and syndicalist nature; with the main ideological purpose being to organise the Underclass and the Civil Workers into local and self-reliant organisations to bring about true restoration in the Indigent Zone.

The Vanguard Party itself abides by the laws of the City, only wishing to bring up organized representation for the Underclass as a whole.


OOC: But its true purpose is however, said to become a "civil de facto government" within the Indigent Zone. Wishing to uphold a certain autonomy, and formulate an underground-state to administer the Zone. Formed by leading members of the Militant-group 'The Uprising' it serves as a civil facade for the movement; who themselves expresses a "Vanguardistic" stance towards an inevitable revolt against the Combine rulers. The Vanguard Party however, is the legal expression of the Movement - using it as a front to organise the people, and a pool for recruitment.
