with tbc gone we kinda need timescale in the city rn or you will just get swarmed by a dozen cops the moment you enter triumph to perform any sort of combat (if S2RP) since there’s no official timescale rule for the city which allows every cop to respond and gun you down within two seconds.

solution: implement timescale in at least triumph when s2rp combat is active.

I believe that this would be a good policy to implement.

I WAS LITERALLY GOING TO SUGGEST THIS JUST TODAY WTF???
NEONITY HAS ACCESS TO MY MIND?

This is already implemented?

Literally a S2RP situation I was involved in a week ago in the City was time-scaled with CPs being told to wait

That's cool and how it should be but atm there's no official rule for timescale in the city which is what I'm asking for, screenshot from the rules attached below.1677931826227.png

Ah right, those old rules... forgot that only the new rules page not yet posted pretty much enforces timescale. Guh- I will get the final bit added in as requested so new rules can come along and the timescale will be restored.

What if the timescale was reduced in public places? For example, where you have to wait three "turns" out in the slums, you'll have to wait for only two or one in the city to represent the cameras and other devices instantly alarming the local Civil Protection units.

Seems fairer given it's a public area and thus on a high-traffic zone like the city. No timescale in the city is a very silly idea imo

Going to move this as basically done and awaiting official release just for my sanity sake of keeping track
