Tobias Karsson
*Kachunk*
*Kachunk*
It makes its way towards its destination, the train carrying the unfortunate souls who had wound up within this strange world. Carried in pods in which they are preserved until their final destination. The Long Haulers are in a situation they've never wound up in before, on the verge of total capture from the Combine forces, led astray by a 'deal', a mousetrap for the survivors, thinking they have been granted their long awaited freedom. Yet ultimately being only seemingly moments away from doom, only time will tell. The alien-made locomotive noisily travels along its track, through perplexing tunnels lined with Combine infastructure.
Tobias Karsson remains one of the many refugees to be captured and taken away, only joining up with the group mere minutes beforehand. His situation sticky, but all may not be hopeless. Caught up in a portal storm and sent to an alien world, Karsson has lost all he once knew, and now has to adapt to whatever future challenges face him, his new life, or his forboding death. He will do whatever necessary to return home, whatever the cost. Through use of the strangers he has met or otherwise. What matters to him least isn't those who he meets along the way, but his future, what's in store for him.
