Denied Tomatos and Potatos

Many might have noticed that the cooking tab has goten new cooking recipes for making a "baked potato" or a "cooked tomato".

Neither the Tomato or Potato have been made available for players to get from business or other "normal sources.

My suggestion for this would be to add both the Potato (raw) and Tomato (raw) along side there seeds as well to the respective permits (Restaurant > Ingredients, Arts & Crafts)
