Phase 0: Introductory Information
| "Please state your name and date of birth into the recorder." "My name is Tommy Arthur Lee, and I was born on the 3rd of October, 1976." "That makes you... Thirty-Two. Correct?" "That is correct. Yes." | "Please state your pre-occupation location and any current family you are aware of." "I was born in the city of Portsmouth, just on the coast by the English channel. Family I'm aware of? I know my father is in one of our sister districts, but I'm unsure of which one exactly. My Mother however? I'm... not so sure." "What are their names?" "Oh! My father is Adrian Lee, my mother is Lucile Lee." |
Phase 1: Vocational Assessment
| "Provide a history of your pre-war occupation and qualifications." "I worked at the GKN Aerospace company, as a Senior Systems Engineer. With a Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, with a topped up Bachelors of Engineering in Systems Engineering" "Explain your duties within your Pre-War occupation." "I would essentially act as the middleman between the higher-up corporate and hard-working men and women. Ensuring that when they decided to buy the next big toy, that the people behind me are aware of how it works, and how to maintain it." | "Do you believe your current skills are being used effectively by the Civil Workers Union?" "I believe my skills are being used in a way thats prioritising my ability as a previous labourer, but I do believe I can utilise more skills if I was given the ability to manage a team of workers, I could help cut the slack and bring the district we're in to a better efficiency. Promoting a better economic and infrastructure standard." "So you are aiming to become part of the Civil Workers Union management?" "I suppose that would be the case... Yes." |
Phase 2: Societal Compliance
| "The Union requires cohesion between all it's districts. What do you see as the primary cause of civil unrest?" "I believe that a lack of a complete structure is what causes civil unrest. You have the hard working members who work to bring the district it's resources, there are also the collaborators and councillors who bring the district it's future prospects. Then you have the people who believe they are owed their ration just for simply living, leeching off the district and it's people because they think they can." "So you see laziness as the primary cause of concern to the union?" "I guess when you put it like that.. Yes, I agree." | "As stated previously, you were a senior engineer at GKN. During workshifts, How would you deal with fellow workers who are failing to meet their shift quota because they are either fatigued or distressed?" "Personally, I would see someone who can't work as inefficient It's like I couldn't care if your back is hurting, or if you are upset you can't find your photos. Either get on with the shift, or don't sign up for it, bother someone else with your sob story. We're here to improve the district, not be eachother's therapists." |
