Toolkit Removal from Breakdown Requirements

Imagine, if you will, that you got something good in trash.

You go to break it down and in the requirements you see: "Toolkit"

To get the toolkit... you need to break down the item you just got to get the materials you need... to build a toolkit.

This is the same issue we used to have with adhesive; a catch 22 that enforces you to join existing groups or grind for ages to finally get what you need to disassemble useful items.

TL;DR Remove "toolkit" requirement from ALL breakdown items.

The whole point of 'basic' crafting mats is that they are basic. They are the fundamentals and the base of going up in the crafting system.

Yet..

Half of these basic materials require what is essentially an advanced crafting item to get them. The system is broken in that regard, as it limits the ability for a person to gain the crafting items needed to craft that advanced item by having you need the advanced item. And, in a funny twist, you can disassemble a COMBINE BIOLOCK without a toolkit, but NOT a NORMAL COMPUTER TOWER.

Because that makes sense. So I'm in favor of removing the toolkit needs to dismantle/break down basic crafting items.

Will look into it, no promises though since some items do give quite the bargain and at times you may still encounter some times which give more but require a toolkit to breakdown as a trade off

What's worse is needing lvl 30 of crafting to glue plastic sheet

We've just completed a massive overhaul of the crafting recipes. Yes you'll need a toolkit for some of the recipes but you're also meant to buy said toolkit from shops if you don't want to waste the materials to make one. It's a bit of a trade-off sort of thing
