- Bug: Transaction logs doesn't show participants consistently
- Description: The transaction log doesn't consistently show the CID of the 2nd party involved in a transfer. Regardless to whether one of the individuals involved was someone with a redacted CID, some people just show up as 00000 randomly and can't be traced. This problem doesn't seem to differentiate by from wherever the transaction was logged, so I can't recognize any sort of IC framework that could be the cause of this.
