What? Trash collector terminals placed strategically across the city for citizens to press E and throw their empty cans and misc trash away.
Why? Because it's an efficient way for players to clean their inventory from random unrequired items that no one would carry on them. It also makes sense IC since polluting the city is sociocidal behaviour - giving the common citizen a place to throw away their trash safely would solve this problem.
Does it already exist? Honestly, most likely. But since I can't find it in-game I took the liberty to suggest it here.
What does it require? 20 minutes to 1 hour to write the code and a gmod combine-ish terminal-looking prop.
