Trying to join the server, but i can't

So i was trying to join this hl2rp server, but whenever the loading is at "lua started" stage, the screen goes black and this appears. I don't know what it does, but i think there's something wrong.

almost worked out, but now there's some timed out message

Sometimes it takes multiple attempts because... well, that's just the nature of how GMOD operates with servers these days. Time-out messages are sometimes normal. If you're downloading anything on Steam at the same time or anywhere else taking up net-traffic that you don't need using it up, I suggest putting a temporary stop to them.
