Dima is a russian who had to hide in america with his parents, after the seven hour war he lost both parents, he survive scavenging what he could or taking jobs of low morality but that wasen't enough he said it was enough of opression that he wanted to live a life not to serve under the rule of someone like with the soviets and decided to rebel against the combine.
His years surviving of scavening made him good fixing and creating things his weapon handleing is another thing he knows the minimum and can't aim at least for now.
