All for it only reason it wont happen is look at the one in D9 like 4 people protested and 9 cops with Assault rifles and SMGs came and grabbed them like they were rebels in full kit hanging out in the RDT or something.

That being said there's a certain business which could play off the success of a very similar incident last year (hint hint) And cause a riot.

i read it and i still disagree
seems like an unnecessary addition, hunger and thirst are already difficult to maintain, the threat of death would probably make it even worse
