Name of the Admin you were banned by: RedHotGinger
How long is the ban for?: 2 weeks
The reason you were banned?: Swapping between characters to check a checkpoint and see what was going on there.
Why do you wish to be unbanned?: My last warn about something like this was in the beta server of willard 6 or 8 months ago when i was new to serious rp and didn't know how to get food as a rebel so i resorted to changing characters to get ration. But i admit i did the offenses and i am sorry, if you could atleast lower it or maybe unban me and give me a warn as i don't think its fair that a warn is still active for 6 or 8 months, this is one of my favorite HL2RP-Serious rp servers and ill mostly play on this when i get on gmod because im banned from impulse for using a chair and it was considered chair abuse or something, either way i apologize and hope to get unbanned and warned or i hope to get my ban lowered.

Do you have any picture or video evidence to support your reason?: When i got banned i was really confused as to why since that was my first warn for the month and i told my friend to ask the admin that banned me when did i get another warn. The admin pm'ed him back saying that my first instance of meta-game was when i passed rations between characters which was a while ago. Were there any witnesses who can help in this appeal?: Their steam name is Spoiled Artificial Meat and their ingame nickname is 'Sherpa' he is my friend who asked the admin when was my first offense. He can confirm he said the thing above.
 
Just here to provide evidence:

He and other rebels suspected that OTA were out and about due to some character shouting about them (Why I dont know).
In order to check this he swapped chars even admitting in LOOC his intent was to use this character to scout the area without harm to primary character.

As for the prior warn, it was some time ago. The reason it was two weeks as opposed to one was due to the prior metagame charge, and other warns which resulted in a prior ban as well. (My warn being the one in question in this situation)

Im not saying i was accused so i have no reason to offer a rebuttal i am just saying why the hell would there be a warn still active of meta-game after 4 months have passed. But what i was actually trying to look for was for the OTA cause i didnt believe the guy who told me that there were going to be an OTA sweep of the slums. Either way i apologize since i do wanna play on the server alot i was just scared as at the time i had nothing to defend myself and i thought it was pretty bullshit of the guy just to scream OTA like a maniac cause they wouldnt have a reason to go in the slums, thats why i checked.
 
Im sorry though. I really wanna play on the server i litteraly got banned right as i was doing some character development with another rebel group. This was my first warn in months so i do apologize, also i wanna clarify some stuff, the warn saying spamming help system was because in the beta stage of willard hl2rp i tried to join the CWU, and we roleplayed doing actions like moving stuff and gathering them and no admins were there. And so someone screamed in looc to spam help and the others agreed, and i had no idea if that was the leader or not so i did it. I did make an appeal though describing it as a misunderstanding.
