Fixed unable to perform /act commands infront of doors

You can not perform the /actknock command or /actsit command while near a door.
Try walking up to any door and perform /actsit infront of it to recreate it.

This is intentional I believe, /act commands were exploited a lot to glitch through doors in combination with /charfallover. And as the latter is sometimes needed to get unstuck out of a door, the act commands were blocked instead.

The code for the command checks if there are any doors in radius and, if there are, it prevents you from running said command. Intentional as act commands can be used to break doors.
