Bug Unable to Unbolt/Pick up placed Mixers

Issue: Mixer does not provide an option to unbolt/pick up after being placed and bolted.

Replication:
1. Place down Mixer
2. Bolt down Mixer (Using Toolkit)
3. Attempt to unbolt mixer (Using staff member)

Expected results: Mixer is unbolted and can be picked up by pressing and holding E (or use)

Actual results: The option to "bolt down" the mixer remains but the unbolting option is not present. The mixer cannot be picked up by pressing and holding E (or use).

Summary: While this isn't a major issue as mixers are relatively easy to make, it is one that is notable as it seems that only the mixer does it. I have tried unbolting each other type of work/crafting bench and all of them provide the proper options. It is only the mixer that does not.

As per the bug report I did mention that part. The issue is that instead of it saying "unbolt" it says "bolt" and doesn't allow for the unbolting to be done, regardless on if there is a staff member or not (This was tested using staff perms and non-staff perms to confirm).
