The Campaign for Obedience, in accordance with the Ministry of Civil Protection and the City 17 Security Council, declares this document effective immediately once it has been made available to the Administrations of all Urban Centers.

THE CRIMINALIZATION OF NATIONALISM
Threats of humanity's extinction has always been at the fault of none other than itself: humanity. That was, until the liberation of Earth. War between nations were quickly quelled by the Combine, who introduced a new era of peace for our species.

In order to transcend, humanity must first be willing to abandon all affiliation with the old order.

• A) Any mentions of pre-unification territories are prohibited.​
• 1. Including and not limited to: countries, cities, states, etc.​
  • 2. Such cases are punishable under clause V014, verbal indiscretion, ​
  • which subjects the violator to documentation and a fine of up to ten (10) credits.​

B) Affiliating with pre-unification nationalities is prohibited.
1. Declaring the national identity of oneself or another community member.
2. Punishable under clause V028, felony incite, which subjects
the violator to documentation and a fine of up to thirty (30) credits.
