Preamble
§ 6 Binders | Binders are informal groups of the Party. They encompass the views & stance of the Party & support its actions & decisions. However, they may have varying views on certain topics, such as social care, ration distribution, surveillance, healthcare, etc. People can create, disband, merge, split, & otherwise form different binders freely in the Assembly. It is advised to be part of or form a binder.

The Unionist Federation
In the wake of the recolonization of Industrial 24, there are many who wish to usurp the clockwork-like functions of our various unions. Ensuring that what we have built up is destroyed in a game of politics.
This binder was formed in Industrial Twenty-Four to ensure the voices of the Workers Union were heard. Now with its reformation, it will represent the best interests of the various unions that inhabit our cities.
In the wake of the skirmishes of District Forty-Three, it will be reactivated to ensure that stability is held.
1. Economic policies are at the forefront; the means of production must be seized.
2. The city must not fall. Economic policies are at the forefront; the means of production must be seized. We must line the pockets of the Administration.
3. Policies are flexible and may be altered in response to changing conditions and demands.

Unionist Federation Policies
Productivity: The productive workforce turns the Gears of industry; without them, the City will fall.
Profits: The Administration's pockets must be lined with profit; economic growth will ensure stability.
Collaboration: The days of infighting are over; the Unions must collaborate to ensure that everything is a well-oiled machine. any infighting found will result in sanction levies being put forth until they solve their differences
Infrastructure Improvement: Infrastructure must be Improved and Fortified. Without that, the City will Crumble from Insurgent Attacks
Workplace Safety: The workplace must be safe to inhibit production from being harmed.
Benefits: Union Employees must be given benefits to ensure that morale is boosted and production enhanced
