Bug (URGENT) /sc is broken for handheld radios

Bug: /sc is broken for handheld radios.

Description: /sc is broken for handheld radios, you cannot switch to handheld radio frequencies. You can switch to CMB, CCA, TAC's, MCP, CWU-management, etc. However any handheld radio frequency, for example, 1-1 DQT10 you are unable to switch to the frequency this has been an issue for more than a month now. It would be appreciated if its fixed ASAP

Errors/time: no errors it just wont let you switch to handheld frequencies

Weirdly enough, this only seems to apply to CWU workers. I tested this with a couple Citizens, my server admin char, and a CP, and /sc worked perfectly fine for all of those.

Issue that only affects cwu? Can you send a video because that makes no sense, sc is just a generic command and not faction specific.

Had this issue on my MCP character during the recent event arc. Couldn't change frequencies to my long range radio. I presume it would've been the same for handhelds.

This is the video of the issue in question. You cannot normally switch to handheld frequencies with the /sc command. Normally this wasn't an issue for my character since I only used two frequencies. Management and the general frequency.

However, the issue now is that I have access to CMB and CCA it makes it impossible to switch over to the handheld frequency.

This issue has also happened on my OTA when we were using Long Range Radio's along with my MCP character

Never seen this issue with the radio plugin.

@M!NT it is pretty straightforward code so... shouldn't be too hard to debug if it can be recreated that easily.
