So basically what I mean is let's say you're a citizen and you're a donator so you can use the citizen voice lines, well let's say your character knows french, so if you spoke in french and typed in the trigger for a specific voice line. It would use the french localized version of the voice line that is used for the french version of the game, I personally think this would make a lot more sense to have. Shore it might be a bit difficult to find some of them, but over the years people have made custom ones for languages that don't have there respective localizations. Another difficult one though might be the beta half life 2 CP sounds, this can actually be worked around, this is because you can use Entropy 0's beta voice lines. This is due to the fact Entropy 0 uses some of the beta metrocop voice lines, and also has different language localizations. I simply think adding this could add more detail so people's characters speaking in different languages (if they know any of them) can use voice lines (if they have donator of course) with the correct voice line.

As much as I love localized CP/OTA voicelines, they don't make sense at all since english is the official language of the combine.

As for citizens, yea that sounds cool.

most likely will be easy if we can find the hl2rp helix translation versions of sh_voices.lua

but if not all or most language translated versions are available, a ‘good’ implementation seems pretty poopy
