CITY-11 - Influence Zone

City-11, also known as Budapest, is the capital of Hungary bisected by River Danube. The capital was once home to tourism due to its luxurious sights, various locations, etc. Hungary didn't stand a chance when it came to the Seven Hour War, their army surrendering immediately once they caught sight of the military they were opposing. City-11 was one of the easiest cities to take over, and as such many of its politicians were able to stay in their proper positions. Endre Meggyesfalvi is one of these politicians and the first to issue a surrender in Budapest, of which he would be appointed to become the administrator of City-11. The citadel of City-11 pierces the sky like any other, replacing every other tall building and becoming the new capital of Hungary itself. It's entirely ran by the Overwatch with slight control from Endre Meggyesfalvi.
City-11 is divided into several districts, all owned by their respective District Administrators. Each district has its own purpose, kinds of people, etc.
DISTRICT V.
Spanning throughout the district is abandoned working facilities, various apartment complexes, and a large structure now housing various Bureau of Investigation scientists. As of current, District V. is ran by former Italian Senate Jackie Estecado after his relocation to City-11 for important civil affairs and diplomatic positions. This district is is prioritized for upcoming loyalists and newly relocated civilians.
DISTRICT VI.
Ran by former Minister of Justice Bela Farkas, District VI houses the upper echelon of the Hungarian government comprised of various powerful individuals all in one place. The most luxurious restaurants and large office structures are spread throughout the district for many loyalists to indulge in. The district includes a courthouse, several loyalist lounges, and even the citadel.
DISTRICT VII.
Riddled with corruption and indecency, all of the low in-come citizens are automatically seized of their possessions, condemned from their apartment blocks, and sent to this district. There are various homeless shelters scattered on the streets, abandoned buildings plague the district as it contains various squatters and gang members, and finally a local Civil Protection Nexus. Punished Civil Protection officers may be sent to District VII to carry out their duties in a more violent area, of which they are prone to constant bodily harm from the local citizens due to their increasingly aggressive and violent behaviors. Local Combine Civil Administrative members have continued to show repeated neglect for District VII, allowing for gangs to thrive. Currently, no one runs District VII.
The Condemned Zone

Spanning for miles on end, the Condemned Zone holds nothing but death. The wasteland had replaced the beauty of Budapest, allowing for Xenian and Antlion life to exist. It was once formerly known as District VIII, the district itself being an attempt for rehabilitation and incarceration for rebels and anti-citizens that once belonged to District VII. An incident, that has since been purged from the city's local database, had occurred of which a tribe of antlions took over the district while construction of the Sector-5 Reprocessing Facility began. The Condemned Zone is home for rebels, prisoners, and general scum that everyone tries to avoid, even Overwatch.
Margaret Island

The island itself had spiked in rebel presence, an unknown rebel organization managed to put down an outpost somewhere on the island and continued spreading their influence. With the severity of the situation due to a practical rebel stronghold taking place just a few miles away from the citadel, Overwatch has established a high security checkpoint on the freight depot just outside of City-11's walls. Two boats are currently stationed on the depot, allowing for Transhuman soldiers to go in and out of the island as they please.
OUTPOST-7
The blue squared outline on the outskirts of the island is OUTPOST-7, a small area that has a heavy amount of Combine influence. Anyone without an OTA suit is shot to death, no questions asked. Several squads currently reside in this outpost, waiting for an operation to jumpstart and allow them to begin moving throughout the island. Currently, they are on standby and shoot-to-kill orders has been administered to whoever approaches the outpost in close proximity.

INCIDENT-LOG-852-A ::>
<:: HEAD OF INVESTIGATION: JAMES MCCARTER ::>
<:: LEAD OFFICER: CAPTAIN CUNNINGHAM ::>
<:: February 4th, 2018 ::>
<:: Several reports of antlion predators have been issued to Head Investigator James McCarter, of which several Overwatch units were dispatched to the scene. The following is an archived recording of the operation. ::>
<:: [GRUNT-1] "I think I stepped on some shit... Either that, or it's the fungal growth. Speaking of which, when're the eggheads gonna clean this shit up already?" ::>
<:: [GRUNT-2] "Dude, shut the fuck up. You're embarassing me in front of the Ordinal." ::>
<:: [ORDINAL] "Overwatch reported signs of antlions in this particular building." The Ordinal then points to a large building, once considered to be the library of the district. "Sweep, kill, bag samples. Clear orders." ::>
<:: [GRUNT-2] "Copy..." ::>
<:: The squad of three move up to the front of the library. The Ordinal goes first, busting down the door and immediately lifting up his weapon and scanning the interior of the lobby. Eventually, the entire squad is inside of the library as they continued walking down the aisles of various bookshelves. For now, they haven't found anything hostile. ::>
<:: [GRUNT-1] "This place is a fuckin' mess..." ::>
<:: [GRUNT-2] "Just like your moms house." ::>
<:: [GRUNT-1] "Fuck off. YOU'RE gonna be the one bagging this time." ::>
<:: [GRUNT-2] Audibly laughs ::>
<:: The squad moves to the back of the library. It's cold, decrepit, the ceilings had crumbled down and slammed into the floor many years ago. Nests lay before the soldiers, once containing... something alive. But no longer. The first grunt moves in and begins taking an extract from one of the nests, and the second grunt does the same while the Ordinal watches over them. This lasts for over ten minutes. ::>
<:: [GRUNT-1] "So, you think you're-" Suddenly, the grunt is struck in the back of its head with a sharp object. It was a leg, it had pierced through one of his eyes. He flatlined. ::>
<:: [GRUNT-2] "FUCK!" the second grunt shouted, firing his weapon at the antlion and killing it pretty easily. The consequence of the loud disturbance brought in a large swarm of antlions, soon tanking over the Ordinal and the last Grunt easily. ::>
<:: After several minutes of continuous gunfire, it soon stopped. None of the units responded to their call signs, a scanner soon being deployed. Surveillance had came back, the Grunt had died from a puncture wound to the heart that exited through his back. The Ordinal was swarmed by several antlions, before eventually succumbing to his injuries. ::>
<:: The CCA have decided it would be best for another large squad of both OTA and ICU units to be sent into the district to purge it of antlion lifeforms. As of current, they don't want anyone know of what's going on in the district due to their massive loss against antlion forces. ::>
