Overwatch Auxiliary Arm Division #5UK, nicknamed by Rebel forces "SUKARNO", is the primary special operation force of City Sixty that composes the majority of the armed forces within the region. It was originally composed of and is currently educated by (with very little of the original members remaining) the remaining forces of the ASEAN that surrendered to or were captured by the Combine during the Liberation of Jakarta, currently 15,000+ members strong, and split into 6 battalions. Its membership is incredibly volatile and is known to fluctuate up and down in the thousands. It did not exist as a formal division until the declaration of the Crude Oil's Manufacturing District malignant status in August of 2017 after what has been deemed the Second National Revolution.
It follows a modified command structure similar to the Singaporean military's ranking before Combine takeover, and the current Chief of Defence Force is S4/EOW.ANGKATAN-3, who in turn is advised by his choices by a modified variant of the OCIN designed to artificially generate military strategy, deemed a "Prognosticator". It is one of Asia's most powerful forces that the Combine currently hold and is well-respected, with a massive amount of members ready to join in reserves (through Civil Protection) amongst the populace of City Sixty.
The division has been involved in various operations that mostly consist of the Combine-Race X Conflict. Some of their most successful battles include the ongoing Stalemate of Tangerang, the Liberation of Bekasi (what is now the Crude Oil District) and the Liberation of Jakarta from the Jakselians. Due to their historically small stature, they have been known to not engage in large scale battles against the Resistance (with the exception of the Liberation of Jakarta). Regardless of regiment, members of the Division are currently equipped with some of the most powerful standard-issue firearms the Combine can issue:
Infantry units are often provided with a modified variant of the MP7.
Modular Tactical Vests, and the Lightweight Helmet for armour.
Transhuman modification is required to participate within combat, but is not significant enough to be deemed members of the OTA. Very small percentages of OSF leave its forces and re-enter civilian life.
When fighting in The Ruins, units are recommended to wear the mass produced Soviet ShMS gas mask they would possess from formerly working in Civil Protection.
If moving in a group, at least 1 member out of 5 are required to carry a medical kit with them at all times, deemed a 'medical unit'.
When in combat, these infantry troops are required to be under the leadership of Antibody Protection Forces in order to maintain discipline.
This has been deemed as necessary by Overwatch forces, since the unit is rarely seen in the streets, let alone by any form of civilian unlike other forms of OSF. Tank divisions have been deemed obsolete for the threat that the region has faced, and a majority of them in Indonesia have been scrapped. They are an insignificant force.
