'THE SEA LURKER'

Its name alone sends the shivers down all sailors spine, rebel or loyal. Around 2012, a Sailor began to spread rumor around a port city in Europe controlled by the combine.. A giant green slugish creature with a ominous red eye, and it floated in the sky of the sea. People obviously thought he was insane, or simply seeing things.. As for the vortigaunts, they sensed what the man said perhaps had some merit, thus the Sailor and 2 biotics and 4 citizens went at Sea to see if what the man said was true... They never returned, weirdest of all volunteer groups to find them never did either, thus the rumor began to have some merit to it.

The combine sought to end this rumor of mass fear as soon as possible, thus they sent boats occupied by Civil Protection with cameras to prove it was most likely a large Itchyosaur, and what they saw caused mass panic as they attempted to take it down to no avail.

Only one boat returned, their camera not really getting much footage due to radioactive damage to the inners of it. But they did get footage, despite the fact there was a exploding boat right behind it they were able to get a clear picture of the beast.

The combine, and rebel forces who did get this footage had no idea what to think of this. Gunships flew in, and never returned or returned damaged.. But as of recent, they've failed to find it. Sightings have been made from the coast, even by Cps but no evidence to prove it. Thus earning its name.. The Sea Lurker.
