The commanding officer of our Garrison, I had a pleasent conversation with him about a possible medical programm within the force, my idea was to further increase the number of units with medical experience. But he wasn't really interested, told me to leave matters such as education programs and general usage of units, to the upper ranks. Not sure what to think of that, atleast he seems like a person who cares about the units underneath him. Outside of that do I have no idea, who he is. Sometimes I spot him disguised as any another unit walking through the street. Perhaps he is trying to escape his desk job? Who knows, but It gives me an uneasy feeling, when I see him watch over us.
Its hard to describe him, he is one of the more experienced units within this district. Always aware of his surroundings and a good Mentor. He was recently promoted to a command unit and I believe that they made the right choice. We used to speak about many different topics but I cant remember anymore. I hope that he is doing well for himself where he is. God I do miss our smoke breaks.
