Implemented Voice command search-bar (PLEASE)

By the love of the Gods, please include a search-bar to the top of the voice commands list. It would benefit everyone. Sometimes I find it thoroughly exasperating and arduous to scroll through the entire page just to find a single voice line that I require to utilize.
