Implemented Vortbeam hit confirmation

Give vorts the ‘you have hit X for Y damage’ prompt for vortbeam pls.

Probably not necessary for vortslam or vortpyro

I assume this is now theoretically possible since the changelog says something about vortbeam logging

After this devs will never have to touch vorts again
