The discarding of Vortigaunt CIDs as of the new system has only proven a severe issue in functionality.
Vortigaunts not being the typical, hyper-slave roleplay that most would see in line with other half-life 2 roleplay servers, there's no reason to seize their CIDs with the new system. the supporting role already shows a semi-collaboration status, which would give the vortigaunts, especially servile workers, a reason to possess a CID
This suggestion is to return those CIDs to the employed vortigaunts, and add that to the current status system, that their employment warrants their possession of a identification card
