As stated on the 3rd of October, I wanted to start a process of creating a series polls and discussions regarding individual systems in this faction.
This is the third thread for this process. The topic for this thread is: The Biotic Cohesion System
willard.network
The Biotic Cohesion System was a creation of Raptorian after the Citizen Loyalist Systems were considered to not be sufficient enough for the Vortigaunt Faction. Over time this system has been adjusted to be more strict as it was initially far too lenient. As the current version of the Cohesion System is considered far too strict I will be providing a rather large set of poll answers which should account for any change that this server should wish out of this system.
The following changes are going to be proposed:
1. A negative points rank (this is for biotics that have less then 0 loyalist points and will take some of the current Rank 1 and Rank 0 items)
2. Nulling Increase (this is to increase the level in where nulling is needed to Rank 3 rather then Rank 2)
3. GC Required points decrease (this decreases the required points for GC by 30)
4. Later points system removed (this will completely remove the points system and replace it with a system of IC approval for Tier 3 and above)
5. Delete the BCS (this will nuke the entire BCS and put biotics on the citizen loyalist system)
Thus this poll has the following answers. You may select more then one poll answer:
1. Negative Points Rank
2. Nulling Increase
3. GC Required Points Decrease (do not select 4 or you will invalidate your vote)
4. Later points system removed (do not select 3 or you will invalidate your vote)
5. Delete the BCS (do not select any of the above if you want this)
The results of this poll will not be implemented immediately (or perhaps ever) and will have to go through discussion with the Faction Leads of other factions or the Community Managers. Additionally, non-vortigaunts are free to answer the poll above but your vote will be publicly visible.
Feel free to discuss this poll.
