Vortigaunts (in different whitelist) cannot access powers, voicelines, vortigese, or clothes

1. Bug: Vortigaunts transferred out of vortigaunt faction (like joining CWU) cannot access vortigese, vortessence, use vortigaunt voicelines, and cannot equip vortigaunt clothing.
2. Description: Commands for vortigese, vortessence, and vortigaunt voicelines cannot be used. Vortigaunt clothing can only be dropped.
3. Image: Right clicking vortigaunt hoodie only has the option to drop and vortessence skill is gone.

Not a bug. Obviously leaving the Vortigaunt faction will revoke your powers; that's just how it works - they are bound to your whitelist. If your Vortigaunt is a member of the CWU, CMU, or another faction, just don't transfer to that faction.
