Fixed Water Canteen Recipe Makes Water Bottle

1. Bug: The new 'Water Canteen' recipe (which I presume is supposed to give you a better water bottle item) just gives the standard plastic 'water bottle' item.
2. Description: Self explanatory.
3. Errors/time: No error messages that I can find. Bug occurred at roughly 9:30AM EST.
