I am talking with the other GMs and they cannot void it. Doing so results in the scrapping of your follow-up continuation to provide alternative solutions to the problem.

Forgive me, but I have trouble believing you. So many times, I just want the straightforward answer, one if I’m told about, I wouldn’t mind.
And so many times, I’ve been lied to.
 
ngl i understand why people are mad and that one of the two staff members isnt acting as they should on this thread, but its already delving into pure chaos. 3 pages worth of arguing over garry's mod roleplay. who cares. i honestly wouldn't be surprised if this is why the other threads got locked like what kaffee said

Discussion post locked due to too much discussion, smh. Wouldn’t want people shouting it out over forums so there’s no animosity when they’re IC, right? Just should have them quietly seethe until they take out their OOC anger ICly. What a great solution!

its either that or let people ramble on 24/7 over whether or not fictional characters die. things arent supposed to go ur way, thats the whole point of it all
 
I think we should all go in VC one, play one hour of jazz music with the music bot, and talk it out 🥱

I understand the frustration.

Everything can be organised better, and communication can be brought forward.

What happened, cannot be voided.

However, there IS GM's bringing forward an expo to steady this out, and they are working towards a good ending. You are NOT forgotten, however this approach cannot be allowed.

I personally apologize for my approach to this situation, I should have remained professional. I am tired, and although inexcusable, it is rough attempting to keep a professional face when pummeled with situations.

There is a plan being made in VC, this is not the end, and you are going to be given a choice.
 
As an uninvolved community member, this was embarrassing to witness from a lot of directions. My biggest gripe was the conduct of the staff, although omega having a few months of anger at the staff team come up all at once has not been good either. Just let them embarrass themselves, you don't need to help them. The same goes for the staff, you can just say your side and let others witness it and others reaction to it.
There is nothing you need to hide about this situation - you are volunteer staff for a gmod server. Your "status" in the community is only harmed by try to avoid problems, and even that isn't worth it anyways. What's the victory even if it works? Why get down in the dirt with someone who's wrong if they really are wrong? This was all caused by people segregating themselves into little communities as "staff" or "OSF" instead of community members.

i appreciate robert and allat for bringing us the event and expo but the expo isn't any happy ending
if you choose to get back to geneva, everything you had there is gone so there is no incentive to get going there, and if you choose Lyon then you just settle there and just never be used again and forgotten (from what i've been told and heard)
but anyways, at least we getting a expo, thankfully

This type of transparency has been happening for over a year and a half but there haven't been a whole lot of people to speak against it because everyone on here just coups with the Corpo persona.
