<:: Locke Watson #91562 is a tier four collaborator working as a doctor and researcher in the Civil Medical and Research Union. Colleagues note concern for Dr Watson's health due to frequent bouts of fatigue during work, often entering long business hours notably exhausted. Dr Watson has had a brief but notable charge history over the last 2 years: Two counts of 15, 1 count of 37, and one count of 603. ::>
Civil Protection Objective:
You will be sent out to the settlement to investigate and report back to Overwatch. XRAY units will be expected to recover data about the behaviours of Dr Watson, as well as a report on the social-stability threat he and his associates pose to the Union. Completion of this permits sterilised credits reward.
Units of other specialisations will be sent out alongside XRAY units to ensure safety and mission completion. VICE and HELIX units will be required for equipment maintenance, and UNION units will be assigned to aid as well. Due to the dangerous nature of the location, Rank Leaders will not be allowed to participate, and an XRAY command unit will be appointed as the leader of the excursion, as well as a non-XRAY command unit as co-lead.
Additionally, Civil Protection has been authorised 1 Wallhammer unit by Overwatch forces.

<:: First reports of Dr Locke Watson's disappearance date back to May 11th, 2019 after CMRU workers noted his disapperance to local Civil Protection units after Dr Watson failed to clock into work. Official investigations began 6 days later when Dispatch tagged suspect as miscount. Last known sighting of Dr Watson was May 10th, 2019, when he and 3 other apartment members went to sleep at around 10pm. CCTV footage shows him leaving 3 hours later. Footage is lost as Dr Watson entered PCS-3. ::>
<:: Dr Watson's apartment was later raided, where a mask, handgun, ammunition, and a radio was found in a hidden stash. All of Dr Watson's roommates denied having knowledge of the stash, and were each charged with 183. Dr Watson's whereabouts remain unknown. ::>

<:: A masked person was picked up by airwatch at 2:33 AM communicating to known Nachtigallen affiliate only known by the moniker "Handyman" in the CZ. The masked suspect was later identified by local XRAY units as matching the physical description of Locke Watson. The two were caught after the airwatch unit picked up a loud commotion of the two arguing. Both individuals fled after being caught on camera. ::>

Most notably, Watson left his apartment at 00:33 AM on April 26th. His movements were traced to a location close to the site of a murder, once again in the CZ. Victim was an underclass man with a lengthy infraction history named Cole Drebber. C Drebber was found with his eyes removed, nailed by the hands and feet to a wooden crucifix. ::>
