Is it very good Sake, or like something similar to artificial beer.

OKAY back when we ran City Eight, we had a distillery that was creating Fine Sake owned by a Yakuza remnant and were the ones providing that to the citizen population through that refinement process. It was dismantled after the syndicate's collapse in Itabashi-Kita.

They produced them in individual barrels every so often, and would trade them around for a credit expenditure to be paid (this was all IC).

I would like to think that the Fine Sake produced in City Eight, if not fully artificial most of the time, could still be on the market but now in far limited numbers after such incidents involving the dismantling of the syndicate's remains of """power""" that was contained.

I can imagine entities like Kaji, the Transitional Authority and Tenzhen brew their own. But it's up for debate how much of the original recipes remain, often squandered by fighting and Combine desolation of culture. Up to you to figure that one out.
