Depends on what version of the map is being used. If it has an Outlands portion, you've just killed your server. The use of teleporter brushes with MapPatcher can keep things fresh for players, even on a map over a decade old. Thing is though, most servers don't really embrace or even acknowledge the setting the city takes place in. You'll still see 6'5 russians walking around and the only Japanese character is probably an admin-insert running a noodle stand.
