| -BACKSTORY- Right as war ended Miles was relocated to City 1 along with his parents, living in poverty, being treated like trash by one of the first existing Civil Protection officers. At some point, riots broke out, fire was exchanged, molotov cocktails and bricks were flying left and right. During a massive fire fight between the resistance fighters and OTA, Miles's fater, William was ruthlessly shot to death by one of the delegates which striked incredible fear in Miles. After 3 years of his residence in City 1 he along with his mother were relocated to City 2. During his time there he met a lot of people, and even became friends with most of them. But the resistance striked once again, forcing his District's populous being evacuated. During his escape he lost touch with his mother, never seeing her again. When the train ride came to an end, he could only catch a glympse of a sign bathed in red lights, City 24 | -APPEARANCE- Doesn't really stand out from everyone, he seems to stand at around 6’4 feet. Has short black hair along with some facial hair and vibrant blue eyes. African-american ethnicity. -PERSONALITY- Usually a laid back and relaxed person, often stays away from conflicts and arguments. He’s a likable guy and will most likely keep a good conversation if you decide to talk with him. -LIKES AND INTERESTS- [WIP] -DISLIKES AND AVOIDANCES- The biggest avoidance of Miles is the Overwatch soldiers and resistance fighters, he has some bad experiences with them. |
