Settle down kids, time for a little story...
Back in the day, Cops used to have two digits in their taglines. It was good, it worked. Every single one of those old dystopian goons had their own unique digits, from the laziest i5 to the rarest Rank Leader. It was a system that worked - a system that made remembering cops easy...
But then the inactive Cop characters attacked.
You'd search up a number, and get some poor sod who died to a vort blast 2 years ago. Problem is, his number is now used by another guy. You need the new guy, not the old. Multiply with every dead cop and you got yourself over 20 or so numbers leading to a certified coin toss between getting someone you actually looked for or a passed memento that now hogs the database space.
So what do you do? You add another digit.
That's why currently all cops use three digits. It's cumbersome, it's ass to remember, it's ass to type. Who was I talking to yesterday, 781 or 786? Ah shucks, I don't remember what safe-password-length guy I need to radio! Or, how about having to constantly refer back to the scoreboard to give rewards to 3 or 4 guys? I got chastised by some Command Unit recently and went on a sweep with an RL, and frankly I don't remember either of them. That's not that great. If only there was a digit less to look at!
That's why those old inactive Cops have to go. We need to get our double digits back.
Let it be known I only write this suggestion because I know nothing of how easy or hard it is to wipe every double-digit cop from the database. I just have a feeling nobody actually tried to ask for it. If it's actually too bothersome, I'll rest my case and go home to my triple-digit life of pain and misery. But imagine the happiness of that lazy i5 when he gets to actually remember what cops he talked to the day before...

Now for the miss-sticks!
Give us the old stunsticks back, please. The new ones have a much worse hitscan that leads to them hardly hitting anything that isn't standing still. We've had a situation where we couldn't hit one guy with 3 cops for over 2 minutes because he simply moved around on the same place - that's how terrible their hit registration is. I can't even share the video of that here because it's so utterly humiliating - but if you want to see it, just check the CivPro Discord announcements.
Bottom line - compared to the old ones, they're quite terrible. You shouldn't have to play voodoo with hitboxes to hit anyone that isn't standing still. Please revert them or at least fix the hit registration. The capped legs of slummers will thank you in advance.

(This part is also written because I feel like nobody actually bothered to write this issue down outside of some private DMs.)
