With Fire and Sword First Week Feedback

Very good, very fun. I would have preferred the fight with Giant to be S2RP, but even if it was S2K, it was funny and neat.

S2K and general "WAR" feel was awesome too... Although, I will say, without "railroading" some people got lost, but thankfully, everyone picked upthe pace.

0/10 11 pm my time during the middle of my PF2e session wouldn't recommend I feel betrayed I'm about to hack the whole Willard for it.

only reason i lost to the giant was the fucking excessive screen-shaking from blocking his bell.

it was an IRL flashbang guys

Okay, I won't bother with the already known things, occasional bugs, a lot better than at the start I must admit, so thank you and well done GB!

Combat seems to be improved from the combat test too, though there is still a little jank, bound to happen, it's source after all.

But my biggest and most important thing:

THANK YOU EVENT MASTERS!

Your ability to world-build, set the tone, manage people, run events big, small and personal, honestly astounds me, you guys are part of the reason I enjoy this SS so much, and yes, we've hit the half way mark, no doubt you guys are starting to get fatigued, but I can't thank you enough for making this such an enjoyable story.

And to the players also - Never before have I felt so engrossed in a character, the interactions I have with some of the players on here have helped shape a story for my character that outclasses any I've had before, and this is only 1 week in.

So many things that've happened since the last feedback wave have been positive for me, I'm almost overwhelmed with the amount of things my character has going on, I've never felt this excited to see a story unfold, every day brings either a new challenge, or develops another.

Again, the EMs help justify this, whether it be an event, or just assisting with character development, they've helped shape my own story at times, as I'm sure they have with others.

Overall, things are improved since the last review, and I'm thoroughly enjoying it, even more so than before. Keep up the great work guys :)

House Conrad was replaced, major issue fix.
Combat is fixed, no whacky mechanics anymore.
Erwin died fighting for his Majesty, now shall Bernhard fight against his Majesty.
10/10

Wont really go over old points, as most still apply, but I'll mention some new things of note

1. Keeps remain mostly pointless. This arguably extends to the house issue as a whole, but the vast distance between the locations seems to only split a small playerbase apart. This makes it much harder for RP to consolidate in my experience. Its not helped by the fact that Blackwood remains the only house where anything of note will ever occur. Two options would seem reasonable to me
Either diversify the locations used for events.
Get rid of the keeps via some threat that forces consolidation to House Blackwood. This would tighten the playerbase which is very needed in many respects.

2. Since everyone is either footman or knight due to the grind, there is practically nothing left of societal 'roles.' As predicted, those who engaged in menus the most are the same people who essentially control the narrative at this stage of the event.

3. One could argue some megaevents are ironically quite crowded despite low player counts. The basement yesterday was apparently just short of a crush and intensely chaotic. Might want to plan around that in the future.

4. Food and water are a little bit irritatingly hard to come by. Even as a lord, I had to run away from RP to prevent myself from starving to death.

Again, most early points still apply as well but no point in treading water. Its still an improving event I'd say, despite its many foundational flaws. Largely, I enjoy it and acknowledge the effort behind it.

I agree with point 1 and 2. Like, cuz player pop is low, it splits too easily, and because of that 1-2 GMs can't control it well, so some people MISS events
