Fixed Work Terminal often fails to reward people Social Credits. Sometimes Coupons.

I experienced it myself back in the Beta and others have experienced it all the same. Sometimes certain people are not rewarded and we don't know why. The system seems to miss them? I can't really give any more specifics than we always have 1 or 2 out of a shift who ask us why they did not get all of their rewards.

And we're fairly sure we did not miss any every time. I might call it human error but when I double check everyone has been rewarded but see they have not- while also seeing their profiles updated with no SC despite the character not being near their daily limit? I'm certain there's a flaw in the code.

Yeah I saved the timestamp as an actual date, and forgot about it when we changed it to use hour, minutes, seconds as well which causes the error above. In the beta there was confusion because you could give more points in the derma than they were allowed to get and it didn't tell you, that was cleared up though with limitation. Anyway, pushed a fix that changes all new logs to use an actual timestamp and use that instead. That should fix any issues you are having (for all future logs once server has pulled changes).
