I wouldn't accept transhumanization unless I lost a limb or had a debilitating disease. It also comes with its downsides, you can experience phantom pain, physical strain upon your body if it rejects it, and the mental grief of having no connection to your body anymore. I'm some what of a body purist (if that's even a thing) so that's just my point of view on the subject.
